REPLACEMENT FILTER FOR ECOWATER

Oil separators can remove all mineral and synthetic oils as well as oil emulsions from the condensation water coming from your compressor to levels far below the limits set by Swedish municipalities.

Environmental requirements

Each Swedish municipality determines guideline values for the discharge of oil-mixed water in the wastewater network (sewer), the value may vary but is based on the European and Swedish standards SS-EN858-1 and -2. The value applied by the Environmental Court is normally 10 mg oil/litre of water for wastewater. However, the amount of residual oil in condensate from ordinary compressed air systems that have not been treated can contain up to 250 mg oil/litre of condensate.
