Stationary two-stage compressor BK119 with low speed, suitable for workshop / industry.

The BK119 block has two-stage compression with intercoolers, which means that a large low-pressure piston first compresses the air, then the compressed air is channelled through an intercooler, and finally compressed by a smaller high-pressure piston. The advantage of this is that the efficiency is higher than that of a compressor with all compression in one step.
BK119 is also a proven robust block that has been built and sold for a long time, the similar predecessor BK14 existed back to the 70s.
This compressor is a popular choice for e.g. a car workshop or smaller industry with a varying air demand, the load rate is as for all piston compressors below 100%, but a clear advantage of piston compressors is that, unlike screw compressors, they do not get hurt if they run very little for periods, they are not as dependent on continuously getting up to the correct working temperature

The BK119-270F-5,5 compressor is also available as a Vertical built model, this has exactly the same performance, but a vertical air receiver, this makes the machine higher, but takes up significantly less floor space, please see Article 100100007 if this feels like an even better option
