compressed air is heavy, the compressed air is simply thrown around in a spiral motion and the water droplets are collected at the outer edge and led away.<br \/>The WS units remove about 60% of the water, and should be installed before air receivers and possibly dryers.<br \/>This is the <strong>not<\/strong> to be confused with dehumidifiers, e.g. refrigeration dryers, which remove moisture from compressed air.<br \/>Keep in mind that the principle here is dependent on flow, so don't choose a larger WS unit than you need, the units work best just below their max
