112500 PRESTO II Standard Set, a straight turbine grinding machine from Japanese NSK Nakanishi
NSK Nakanishi's PRESTO II is a grinding machine with a 1.6mm grinding wheel and air-driven turbine-type motor, the speed is regulated to 320,000rpm.
The variable speed turbine engine requires clean, dry air, however it does not need lubrication, as long as clean air is provided the engine has a very long life, as it has few moving parts and no intervention beyond that in the bearings
PRESTO II is ideal for those extremely small applications, or for grinding with diamond pins in ceramic materials, e.g. corrections on electrical circuit boards etc.
Very good ergonomics thanks to low vibrations and a very soft hose to the handpiece.
Chip-Air function with the exhaust air outlet facing the workpiece that blows away chips / grinding dust and cools the grinding pin.
Ideal for labelling or micro-cutting extremely hard materials such as ceramics etc.
